Ms. Glesius participates in bar associations to help improve the profession, especially those activities relating to labor and employment litigation.  Through these and other professional organizations, Ms. Glesius helps to advance the views of lawyers who represent employees, increase professionalism in the profession, and improve her own abilities as a lawyer.
 
Satisfied clients refer their relatives, friends, and colleagues to the firm.  Also, many clients are referred by other lawyers, particularly other employment lawyers with experience with the firm.

Lecturing:
Ms. Glesius is a frequent lecturer, valued for her wit and insightful commentary on labor and employment issues.  She has been a guest lecturer for the Cleveland Teachers Union, the Cleveland Employment Lawyers Association, the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Cleveland and Cincinnati District Offices of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and students of Cleveland Marshall College of Law, Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Akron University School of Law, and Miami University's School of Interdisciplinary Studies.
